Coordination Office

Article 20 of the Statutes of the ABN sets that the Coordination Council recruitsthe staff of the Coordination Office (CO), which represents the executive body of the Association's program.
Pursuant to the intrinsic values of the ABN (see page on "About the ABN"), CO staff members are recruitedin an exemplary manner in matters of equity and transparency through a system of competition to be sure that always the best candidates arehired.
Finally, as indicated by the current composition of the staff at the ABN, the latter ensures as much as possible that its personnel is gender-balanced (see also CC).
